The Problem

It isn't a jobs problem. It's a trust problem.

Ask employers directly and the same answer comes back, sector after sector: they want to hire. What's scarce isn't vacancies — it's people they can trust to show up, take ownership, hold to their ethics, and solve problems without years of mentorship.

What employers say they are actually looking for:

  • Reliability
  • Honesty
  • Ethics
  • Integrity
  • Problem solving
  • Team building
  • Leadership

These qualities matter in every role — from the switchboard to the boardroom.

Meet Employment Equity targets

Build long-term returns

A lasting partnership that adds to your bottom line, not just your compliance file.

The Business Development Advantage

The people who talk to your clients are your brand.

Every business lives or dies on how well it connects with the people it serves — the warmth of a welcome, the honesty of a follow-up call, the patience to actually solve a problem.

Our talent pool is built from people who have already proven, for hundreds of hours, that they show up for others — not for money, but because they wanted to. We add deep training in communication, soft skills, ethics and conflict resolution on top of that foundation, and strong business development ability follows naturally, because these are people who genuinely care enough to find out what a client needs.

Whether they end up behind a till, on a switchboard, driving a delivery route or carrying a sales target, these are the skills that let them represent your brand at any level — and grow inside your business.

“Invest in genuine, good people, and you always grow your brand.”

The Bottom Line

Up to 77% of the cost of building your sales force can be covered by tax incentives.

Between the Employment Tax Incentive, the Section 12H learnership allowance and your ordinary expense deduction, the great majority of what you invest can come back to you — while you build a team, score on your B-BBEE card and move on Employment Equity at the same time.

We walk your finance team through the full arithmetic, sized to your company's position, in the presentation.

How It Works

From first conversation to first hire.

A fully managed programme. You set the profile and the scale; we handle vetting, accreditation, compliance and reporting — and you keep first claim on the people it produces.

00

Do your due diligence

Inspect the model for yourself — book a tour of our development offices in Sandton City before you commit to anything.

01

Agree the scale

We recommend starting with a small proof of concept — 2 to 10 learnership packages — though larger cohorts are welcome from day one.

02

Procurement begins

Learner procurement starts within five days of payment, and reporting starts immediately — B-BBEE, CSI, ETI, SARS and Employment Equity documentation from month one.

03

Twelve managed months

Accredited training and a paid workplace placement, managed end-to-end, with monthly reports and performance management throughout.

04

You choose first

Three months before the end you decide who to interview, with 30 days to opt in. Graduates you don't take are placed with partner employers.

Why This Works

Built on proven character, not just potential.

This learnership doesn't start with a classroom. It starts with service. We partner with strong volunteer organisations that develop life skills and values, mobilising young people who make real social impact — purely from the heart, with no compensation.

400+

hours of volunteer social-impact work, minimum, in areas of real need — before anyone is invited into the learnership.

That is the mindset shift: from idle entitlement to self-driven impact. Volunteers move from demanding solutions to becoming the solution. Only the top performers, proven over hundreds of hours of real community work, are talent-scouted into this next step.

Every candidate has already proven hundreds of hours of real-world reliability before day one.

Questions

The things every partner asks first.

What exactly are we signing up for?

A 12-month accredited learnership — accredited training plus a paid workplace placement — for candidates already vetted through our volunteer pipeline. It is managed end-to-end by us.

How many learners can we start with?

We recommend a small proof of concept — 2 to 10 learnership packages — though larger cohorts are welcome from day one.

What does it cost?

Costs are sized to your business, and up to 77% of them can be covered by tax incentives. We take your finance team through the full picture in the presentation, against your company's actual tax position.

Do we have to hire the graduates?

No — but you get first right of refusal. Three months before the programme ends you choose who to interview, with 30 days to opt in. Graduates you don't take are placed with partner employers.

How does this help our B-BBEE scorecard?

The programme can contribute to Skills Development expenditure, learnership participation and absorption bonus points on the Generic Scorecard. Actual points depend on your sector code and verification.

Can we verify this before committing?

Yes — we encourage it. Book a tour of our development offices in Sandton City and inspect the model for yourself before any paperwork.
